Flowserve Villach is seeking Apprentices for Mechanical Engineering Technicians (m/f/d) starting September 1, 2026. Apprentices will learn metal technology and work in six departments, gaining practical experience in the production plant. Applicants should have a passion for technology, manual dexterity, and a strong work ethic.

As a Test Engineer, you will design and implement test methods, conduct diagnostic testing, and enhance test features. You will also ensure reliable and effective testing operations through strategic planning of labor, schedules, and equipment. You will provide remote and on-site support to suppliers during test-related line-down situations. You will develop, improve, and standardize test methods and test fixtures for Lam products. You will also collaborate with the Manufacturing Engineering team, suppliers, account teams, and Supplier Engineering Technology (SET) members.

Develop and support tools, methodologies, and design flows for RF/mmW Codesign. Anticipate the needs of hardware design projects and ensure best-in-class methodologies for RF module design.

Process Engineer will develop and evaluate new process formulations, define equipment hardware, and coordinate design requirements for semiconductor manufacturing. Requires a Master's degree in a relevant field and 3+ years of experience in wet clean/advanced packaging.
