
Lead and motivate the night team, ensuring smooth overnight hotel operations. Train, coach, and support the Night Audit; assist the Night Manager across all tasks. Manage reservations, guest profiles, and room inventory in Opera Cloud. Oversee Front Desk standards and handle guest situations. Manage Accor-specific systems and digital guest communication. Prepare and run End-of-Day procedures, including Credit Limit and Rate checks. Handle open PMs, open folios, No-Show activities, and generate revenue and statistics reports. Act as the person in charge of building security during the night. Liaise with local authorities and emergency services when necessary. Manage inventory for the Hox Shop and coordinate the morning Buffet Breakfast setup.
