Assists the Chef de Rang/Demi Chef de Rang in opening and closing restaurant duties. Prepares mise-en-place for service, including waiter stations, food pass areas, coffee stations, and buffets. This role oversees assigned food and beverage operations for two on-property restaurants and a separate offsite banquet function. The Assistant F&B Manager ensures guest and employee satisfaction, maintains standards, and meets financial goals.

Assist with account reconciliations, check posting material, and contribute to optimizing accounting processes for direct sales. Learn transactional scopes of general and subsidiary ledgers while collaborating with international process partners.

Provides executive support, manages meetings and events, and supports regional projects. Requires strong organizational, communication, and technical skills.

Sales Advisor needed to provide excellent customer service, achieve sales targets, and contribute to a positive team environment. Previous retail experience is a plus.
