PALFINGER seeks a hands-on leader to unify global Spare Parts Sales operations. Responsibilities include developing the global inside sales organization, driving process harmonization, and accelerating digitalization initiatives. The ideal candidate has leadership experience in Parts Sales Management, knowledge of SAP sales processes, and fluency in English.

Sets up data management processes for clinical trials, including EDC system selection and data transfer tools. Creates and reviews case report forms, collaborates with project managers and statisticians on data cleaning and analysis, and configures, migrates, and tests EDC databases.

Lead and develop a team of Post Market Surveillance experts, ensuring regulatory compliance with global and local requirements. Manage PMS processes, oversee documentation, and assess risk for medical devices.

Ensures quality targets for incoming goods from external suppliers are met. Drives continuous improvement of supplier quality performance and collaborates with suppliers and internal stakeholders across R&D, Purchasing, and Quality. Conducts supplier audits and manages supplier-related complaints and warranty cases.

Provides administrative and real estate support to a team. Tasks include managing company sites, preparing agreements, and maintaining property records. Requires a commercial education and experience in property or facility management is an advantage.
