Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
· Combination of new business development and expansion (75%) and active account management (25%.)
· Proactively follow up with qualified, warm leads and prospects to create new sales opportunities.
· Build and manage a sales pipeline by identifying new leads and converting them into opportunities and moving them along each step of the GPG sales process.
· Use marketing collateral to nurture prospective clients and to communicate the value of our services in an effective way.
· Provide weekly pipeline and progress reports.

· 6 plus years proven sales experience in a Business Development role
· Post-Secondary Degree or Diploma in Business or Marketing or related work experience in lead prospecting (outbound calls)
Compensation:
Competitive base salary, plus goal achievement bonuses, plus uncapped commission
